Director, Medical Affairs (Digital Therapeutics)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid work from Click’s Tribeca headquarters with at least 4 days in the office each week, or remote within the United States.

Base salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based cash bonus and equity package.

What you will do

• Define medical strategy for each asset, including target patient profiles, clinical place in therapy, evidence priorities, and clinical outcome measures.
• Own evidence plans addressing clinician and payer needs and drive their execution across the portfolio.
• Develop core medical narratives, field medical materials, medical value stories, payer-facing content, value dossiers, and evidence packages.
• Lead publication and congress planning, medical communications agencies, scientific review, and Medical Information operations.
• Build and prioritize relationships with clinical experts, institutions, advocacy organizations, health systems, and payer medical leaders.
• Direct agencies, CROs, and vendors while translating field insights into medical strategy and evidence recommendations.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required: MD, DO, PhD, or PharmD.
• 10+ years of combined industry, academic, clinical research, or clinical practice experience, including at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience supporting a product launch and building medical value stories, scientific narratives, and medical response content for clinicians, payers, and regulators.
• Experience with evidence and publication strategy, study design, protocol development, and CRO, agency, and vendor management.
• Prior field-based experience, such as an MSL role, with peer-to-peer scientific relationship building and payer engagement.
• Must be authorized to work for hirify.global in the United States. Immigration sponsorship may be considered at the company’s discretion.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of or experience with digital therapeutics or prescription digital therapeutics.
• Experience establishing Medical Affairs infrastructure in an early-stage or pre-commercial organization.
