Team Leader, EU Operations (Logistics)

Location: Coventry, United Kingdom; eligible for virtual and flexible working. Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. The role works with a third-party logistics provider and warehouse partners in the Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two EU Logistics Coordinators and one Senior Logistics Coordinator.
• Optimize EU inbound and outbound logistics processes, service levels, fulfillment accuracy, and customer delivery performance across EMEA.
• Administer and oversee shipments from the third-party logistics provider, coordinating with suppliers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and warehouse partners.
• Prepare data-driven operational reviews and dashboards for EMEA Operations Management.
• Maintain and train teams on standard operating procedures, quality requirements, workplace safety, and environmental compliance.
• Manage invoice posting and inbound deliveries into the EMEA logistics partner in the Netherlands in collaboration with the Regional Transport Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in fulfillment within an FMCG environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
• Ability to build effective working relationships, influence stakeholders, and resolve complex operational issues.
• Excellent communication skills and competence in English and mathematics.
• IT skills with proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
