What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing global transport and logistics team.
• Define and optimize the strategic global transport network to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Design end-to-end transport concepts and improve material flows across international logistics hubs.
• Develop sustainable transport solutions aligned with environmental and operational goals.
• Manage logistics provider relationships and strategic partnerships, ensuring performance standards are met.
• Use digital tools and data analytics to optimize routes, lead times, and overall network design while collaborating with global cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in strategic global transport network design, logistics planning, and supply chain optimization.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to guide and develop international teams.
• Strong knowledge of international freight transport modes, regulatory frameworks, and sustainable logistics initiatives.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across international and diverse environments.
• Negotiation-level English is required; German is an advantage. Ability to travel worldwide for business is required.
