Operations Director (Supply Chain)

Location: Paris, France. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the France Operations team and contribute to the BU France Leadership Team.
• Set strategic objectives balancing commercial and operational needs.
• Improve in-stock performance, inventory cover, item-level results, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead customer service initiatives to strengthen satisfaction and service for retail partners.
• Drive digitalisation, continuous improvement, and effective sales and operations planning.
• Contribute to commercial and people plans for the next one to three years.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience developing high-performing, motivated teams.
• Cross-functional forecasting experience with a demonstrated record of delivering results.
• Experience improving service delivered to retailers.
• Ability to operate at a senior level with internal and external stakeholders, including complex negotiations.
• Strategic strength, pragmatic decision-making, and the ability to thrive in uncertainty and lead through significant change.
