Logistics Team Leader (Humanitarian Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead the logistics team and provide technical support, capacity building, and quality oversight for area and field operations.
• Maintain accurate asset, personnel location, leave, and logistics records across offices.
• Oversee procurement procedures, contracts, supplier prequalification, LTAs, and framework agreements in line with NRC and donor requirements.
• Manage vehicles, movement plans, preventive maintenance, warehouses, fuel reconciliation, and stock controls.
• Conduct field visits, compliance spot checks, trainings, and transaction reviews to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Prepare logistics reports and support donor and audit reporting while maintaining document filing in O365.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of logistics and supply chain experience in the humanitarian sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience working in complex and volatile contexts, with documented humanitarian logistics and supply chain results.
• Knowledge of local private and public service networks, safety and security concerns, local contexts, and geographic locations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and multitasking skills.
• Sufficient written and verbal English proficiency required.
