Remote Sales Consultant (Accounting Services)

Location: Remote within approved US states only; standard operating hours are 9:00am–5:30pm EST. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.

On-target earnings: $60,000–$120,000, with uncapped commission and top performers exceeding this range.

What you will do

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver visual presentations and product demonstrations through Google Meet.
• Explain the value of professional accounting and tax services using a consultative sales approach.
• Build client relationships, follow up consistently, and advance the sales cycle.
• Use the CRM and other sales tools to manage pipeline and client information.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust by phone and video.
• Self-discipline, motivation, goal orientation, and effective time management.
• Comfort with new technology and sales tools.
• Collaborative approach and openness to coaching and mentorship.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience closing high volumes of high-ticket items.
