What you will do

• Lead and grow a regional sales team selling security and infrastructure solutions.
• Own regional revenue and gross profit targets.
• Hire, coach, and retain quota-carrying sellers, expanding the team from five to 8–10 representatives.
• Build pipeline with the team across enterprise accounts, data center operators, and cloud builders.
• Develop vendor relationships for co-selling, funding, and events.
• Increase services attach beyond product resale.

Requirements

• Sales leadership experience at a VAR, solution provider, or systems integrator.
• Demonstrated success selling security and data center infrastructure and related services.
• Experience building and growing a sales team.
• Credibility with technical buyers, CISOs, and CIOs.
• Established vendor relationships in the region.
