Senior Treasury Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid role based at the hirify.global headquarters in Novi, Michigan, with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote after onboarding and training.

hirify.global designs and manufactures automotive technologies and systems for commercial vehicle, automotive, off-highway, and agricultural vehicle markets.

What you will do

• Manage cash positions and foreign currency exposures across global facilities, including forecasting and applicable hedging trades.
• Manage daily cash activities, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and monthly close processes.
• Partner with FP&A to develop forecasted financial statements.
• Lead insurance program renewals and allocate related charges to business units.
• Administer the company credit card program and support intercompany monitoring.
• Support treasury initiatives and ad hoc corporate development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 years of corporate finance experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and reports accurately, solve problems, escalate issues, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently on projects and tasks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial systems such as JD Edwards, OneStream, or Power BI.
