What you will do

• Lead critical finance initiatives and advise business leaders across functions and geographies.
• Perform complex financial analysis, reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, and planning.
• Support capital strategies, return-on-investment decisions, and overall business planning.
• Drive global process improvements and policy development initiatives.
• Represent the business in cross-regional and cross-functional planning processes.
• Lead large functional teams, solve complex problems, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Expertise in accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial analysis, financial modeling, financial planning, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of internal controls, investments, KPIs, P&L management, variance analysis, and process improvement.
• Experience with SAP applications and strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
