Customer Technical Architect

Location: Remote, United States; full-time work from a home office

Base salary: $114,765–$135,000 USD annually, plus a variable plan and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as a customer-centric technical thought leader supporting Customer Experience and Sales.
• Answer product usage and best-practice questions based on customer environments and business goals.
• Provide technical enablement on new features, products, tooling, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Translate customer and prospect requests into actionable product and engineering priorities.
• Help develop technical training programs for internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Significant experience with IT infrastructure or software development, including compute, storage, databases, networking, application services, big data, or distributed computing.
• Experience with virtualization, cloud-native architectures, containerization, observability, DevOps, and API-based solutions.
• Strong Linux and/or Windows administration and operations experience, including virtualization, storage, load balancing, web servers, databases, scripting, Active Directory, WMI, SNMP, SMTP, JMX, and JDBC.
• Superior oral and written English communication skills are required; candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the United States.
