TL;DR
DevSecOps Architect (DevOps/Observability): Defining and driving enterprise-wide DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards across cloud, application, and infrastructure environments with an accent on reference architectures, technology evaluation, and cloud-native engineering. Focus on conducting Proofs of Value, establishing Gold Standards, implementing approved patterns, and leading enterprise adoption.

Location: Columbus, OH, United States (hybrid)

What you will do

  • Define, govern, and drive adoption of enterprise-wide DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards.
  • Establish DevOps and Observability Gold Standards, reference architectures, technology patterns, and engineering practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and tools, conduct Proofs of Value, and define technology recommendations.
  • Lead implementation of approved standards across applications and infrastructure.
  • Own the full lifecycle from strategy and architecture through standardization, implementation, and enterprise adoption.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience.
  • Deep experience in enterprise architecture, DevSecOps, DevOps, cloud-native engineering, and observability.
  • Hands-on technical depth with technology evaluation, architecture standards, and transformation leadership.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card Holder, or EAD Holder.
  • New H-1B visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
