Customer Account Executive (SaaS): Managing a book of business to drive expansion and retention by identifying customer needs and positioning solutions to maximize customer value. Focus on executing a consistent and strategic sales process and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Location: This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Salary: $160,000 - $230,000

What you will do
- Manage a book of business to drive expansion and retention.
- Execute a sales process across the full customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Support and Product teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene in sales tools.
- Sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge.
Requirements
- At least 2-5 years of new business sales or account management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Experience sourcing and selling deals in the $25k-$250k ARR range.
- Comfort with basic sales tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-sufficient with a strong internal sense of urgency.
- Comfortable with commercial negotiation.
