Business Development Associate (ESG)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; hybrid work with in-office collaboration each week

Base salary: SEK 555,000–850,333 per year. Commission target: 43% annually, with a possible variation of up to ±15%.

hirify.global provides ESG and regulatory solutions and works with asset managers, asset owners, banks, and other financial institutions.

What you will do

• Support territory and account planning across the Nordics.
• Generate, research, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Conduct prospecting and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Consulting, and Client Success teams.
• Contribute to pipeline generation and market development.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in sales support, business development, inside sales, or a related commercial role.
• Strong prospecting, research, lead generation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and work independently.
• Interest in ESG and sustainable finance.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is essential.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian.
