Senior Scheduler (AI Data Centers)

Location: Remote; ability to travel to project sites and between job sites when required.

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and status integrated master schedules for AI data center projects and the broader development portfolio.
• Integrate milestones and dependencies across land and power, permitting, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, customer requirements, and operational readiness.
• Lead schedule updates, validate progress, produce look-ahead schedules, and review contractor, consultant, and design-partner schedules.
• Identify critical and near-critical paths, emerging delays, milestone exposure, and schedule-compression opportunities.
• Build schedule scenarios, fragnets, time-impact analyses, and recovery plans for changes, delays, and acceleration strategies.
• Provide schedule data for project-controls reporting, cash-flow forecasts, procurement planning, executive dashboards, customer communications, change evaluation, and claims avoidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Seven or more years of progressive construction scheduling experience on large capital projects, including data centers, power, utilities, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical infrastructure.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud or comparable enterprise scheduling platforms.
• Experience building and maintaining integrated master schedules across contractor, consultant, procurement, and owner workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of critical-path methodology, baseline management, progress measurement, schedule quality review, time-impact analysis, fragnets, and recovery planning.
• Ability to travel to project sites and support critical schedule updates or project deadlines when required; candidates must be insurable under hirify.global's vehicle insurance policy.
