Senior Product Designer (Crypto)

Location: Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY; in-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $129,000–$195,000 USD annually, depending on compensation zone and location. Additional bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits are available.

What you will do

• Lead and execute the product design strategy for retail crypto experiences.
• Balance new 0-to-1 product bets with iterative improvements to existing trading surfaces.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design leadership, research, legal, and compliance from concept through launch.
• Turn complex crypto and financial concepts into intuitive experiences for first-time users and crypto-native customers.
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, identify edge cases, and prototype quickly while maintaining design intent and quality.
• Help establish the design quality standard across the crypto team.

Requirements

• Strong product design experience with complex, consumer-facing products and end-to-end ownership.
• Active use of AI as a core part of the design workflow.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to balance detailed execution with the broader product vision.
• Experience working with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance in a highly regulated environment.
• Bias for action and the ability to move forward through ambiguity.
• Crypto fluency and eagerness to continue learning; deep expertise is not required.
