Field And Events Marketer (AI)

Location: Remote, based in London, UK; regular travel across the EMEA region of approximately 40–50% and collaboration across time zones with a US-based team.

What you will do

• Create and publish a 6–9 month EMEA events plan and tiering model in partnership with sales and partner leads.
• Launch a recurring London technical community program for developers, builders, and customers.
• Design joint marketing programs with cloud, technology, and channel partners, tracking shared goals and pipeline.
• Build an event-to-sales system covering target accounts, pre-event meetings, lead capture, and follow-up.
• Create reusable event kits and an intake-and-approval process for regional teams and partner opportunities.
• Manage event logistics, vendors, GDPR-compliant lead capture, and AI-native planning, reporting, and follow-up workflows.

Requirements

• Approximately 5–8 years of event or field marketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Background in B2B SaaS, developer-focused marketing, or AI/infrastructure marketing.
• Experience running co-marketing programs with technical partners.
• Based in London, UK and able to travel across the region approximately 40–50%.
• Professional proficiency in an additional European language, such as French or German.
• Comfort working independently across time zones and using AI tools in day-to-day workflows.
