Senior IT Generalist

Location: Onsite in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with some evenings and weekends required.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for attorneys and staff using Windows, macOS, mobile devices, and firm applications.
• Manage servers, workstations, printers, network infrastructure, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, SharePoint, and document management systems.
• Maintain endpoint protection, EDR, firewalls, secure remote access, email security, and anti-phishing tools.
• Manage routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN configurations, virtual machines, cloud and local servers, and storage.
• Maintain documentation, security policies, backups, disaster recovery plans, and incident response processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on IT experience required.
• Broad expertise in systems administration, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, and modern security tools.
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate technical concepts clearly, and solve problems across a broad technology environment.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.

Nice to have

• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent credentials.
• Experience with VoIP systems, cloud migrations, and backup or disaster recovery platforms.
