Systems Engineer

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; on-site. Travel, varied shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required.

What you will do

• Implement and maintain IT infrastructure supporting organizational growth, reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
• Configure and optimize Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, cloud systems, storage, and backup solutions.
• Maintain enterprise email platforms and apply security and reliability practices, including DKIM, SPF, and DMARC.
• Develop automation and scripting solutions to improve system administration and operational efficiency.
• Perform performance analysis, capacity planning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT teams on technology evaluations, system improvements, documentation, and cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 3+ years of systems engineering, systems administration, or IT infrastructure experience; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, performance monitoring, infrastructure management, and PowerShell automation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, system hardening, compliance frameworks, and email security protocols.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, travel as required, work varied schedules, obtain and maintain required gaming licensure, and hold a valid driver’s license.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, or equivalent certification.
