Platform & DevSecOps Delivery Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Build and own a reusable Golden Path software delivery platform with centralized GitHub Actions and GitLab CI pipeline templates.
• Design dual-target release workflows for GitOps promotion and progressive canary deployments to Amazon EKS, as well as VM-based delivery using Packer, EC2 Launch Templates, and blue/green updates.
• Provide compliant self-service project scaffolding, Helm charts, and infrastructure modules for engineering teams.
• Automate DevSecOps gates, including SAST, SCA, container image scanning, CVE detection, secret detection, and audit artifact generation.
• Implement operational readiness standards with OpenTelemetry instrumentation, Grafana LGTM and Datadog integration, and PHI/PII sanitization.
• Architect secure self-hosted AI gateways and scalable agentic workflows with model routing, vector storage, and operational context retrieval.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE, including enterprise CI/CD architecture.
• Deep experience with AWS, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes networking and security, and Helm chart lifecycle management.
• Practical experience with GitOps controllers such as ArgoCD or Flux and canary deployment strategies such as Argo Rollouts or traffic shifting.
• Software development experience with C#/.NET, Node.js, and Python for internal tooling and platform interfaces.
• Experience with self-hosted AI infrastructure, model gateways, intelligent request routing, and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Experience with Terraform or Pulumi, VM-based delivery, and security tools such as Trivy, Snyk, SonarQube, or AWS Inspector.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS GovCloud and GovCloud IAM/IRSA partition boundaries.
• Background in HIPAA-regulated, HITRUST, or public-sector SaaS environments.
• Experience with vector databases such as Qdrant or pgvector and embedding inference pipelines.
