What you will do

• Own, administer, support, and continuously improve the Coupa Risk Assess platform.
• Configure business processes, workflows, questionnaires, risk models, reporting, and user access controls.
• Gather business requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement solutions that improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Lead requirements definition, testing, release management, UAT, and production deployments.
• Monitor application health, data quality, integrations, and production support while coordinating issue resolution with technology teams and vendors.
• Oversee integrations with Coupa Core, ZIP, Azure Data Lake, reporting platforms, and other enterprise systems; maintain governance, documentation, training materials, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, supply chain management, finance, risk management, or a related field.
• Six or more years of relevant experience in application ownership, procurement technology, third-party risk management, business systems analysis, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of third-party risk management, supplier risk management, procurement operations, and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with SaaS platform administration, application ownership, business process design, reporting, data governance, and systems integrations.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa Risk Assess, Coupa Core, ZIP, Azure DevOps, Power BI, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Coupa platforms, SaaS applications, systems integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Professional certification such as PMP, CPSM, CSCP, Agile Product Owner, or equivalent.
