Customer Engagement Consultant (ETL)

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, Illinois, with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week

Salary: $72,300–$105,000 annually

What you will do

• Translate business, technical, and functional requirements into clear, actionable information.
• Partner with customers, Sales, technical teams, and internal stakeholders to support solution delivery.
• Capture, review, organize, and manage data for customer and business needs.
• Support delivery of prescreen, analysis, and portfolio review services.
• Manage multiple assignments, prioritize workloads, and meet expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience working with data, data capture, data management, or data-processing activities.
• Working knowledge of ETL concepts and processes.
• Experience translating technical requirements and explaining technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Must be authorized to work full time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing.
• Familiarity with data-processing and ETL workflows.
