What you will do

• Provide end-to-end systems engineering support for enterprise messaging, communications, and mission capabilities.
• Develop, decompose, and manage quantifiable system and technical requirements.
• Evaluate system designs, message flows, routing, APIs, interfaces, and integration approaches.
• Support design, integration, verification and validation, testing, deployment, transition, and modernization across the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Assess technical risks, dependencies, interface impacts, and integration challenges, then develop recommendations for resolution.
• Coordinate technical activities across multidisciplinary Government and contractor teams and participate in design reviews, readiness activities, demonstrations, and technical forums.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required and must be maintainable.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10–12 years of relevant experience, Master’s degree with 8–10 years, or PhD with 5–7 years.
• Systems engineering experience supporting Intelligence Community ground systems and complex integrated mission capabilities.
• Experience with enterprise messaging, message routing, APIs, system interfaces, or comparable messaging and communications capabilities.
• Experience developing and managing technical requirements, evaluating system designs and data flows, and supporting integration, verification, validation, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues and collaborate across multidisciplinary Government and contractor engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise messaging or communications systems in the Intelligence Community ground domain.
• Experience modernizing or transitioning legacy capabilities and integrating new technologies into enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, cloud architectures, Digital Engineering, or MBSE.
• Knowledge of Government acquisition and program management processes.
