Product Manager 2 - Rotational Product Management (RPM) Program (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; hybrid work at an hirify.global office location determined by the team and role.

Base pay: $130,500–$177,000 annually in Mountain View. The package may also include cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, UX researchers, analysts, data scientists, marketers, and customer success professionals.
• Research customer needs using qualitative and quantitative data to identify actionable insights.
• Define requirements, experiences, use cases, learning plans, product strategies, and roadmaps.
• Ship product and feature improvements through rapid testing and experimentation.
• Apply AI across customer research, analysis, prototyping, roadmap planning, and product decisions.
• Explore new technologies and build products and features for different customer segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, management information systems, a related product management field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Less than two years of industry experience and interest in starting a product management career.
• Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to apply AI to real-world problems and quick prototypes.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, leadership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to new information and drive work through completion.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an hirify.global office location determined by the team and role.
