Lead Product Manager (NetSuite)

Location: Remote in the United States, California

Salary: $100K–$140K per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end NetSuite Order-to-Cash product lifecycle, including roadmap, enhancements, and continuous improvement.
• Lead process optimization across order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, collections, and financial close activities.
• Define business requirements, facilitate discovery sessions, and prioritize projects and enhancements with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, and Customer Success stakeholders.
• Deliver NetSuite ERP, SuiteBilling, and Advanced Revenue Management initiatives, including functional and high-level technical designs.
• Coordinate implementation with offshore NetSuite development teams and cross-functional IT teams, including CRM and CPQ integrations.
• Support UAT, document process flows, establish scalable practices, and provide end-user training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience across analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP configuration, administration, and process design.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Experience delivering Order-to-Cash solutions in complex, multi-entity or subscription-billing environments.
• Strong knowledge of revenue recognition under ASC 606, accounts receivable, and financial close processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required.

• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification.
