Business Analyst

Location: Lansing, Michigan, United States; hybrid work with initial in-person training and work-from-home flexibility based on job responsibilities

What you will do

• Develop business requirements and related business rules based on business decisions.
• Gather requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and existing system documentation.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and translate high-level information into detailed requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams and coordinate with quality assurance.
• Use software tools to document requirements and rules, perform high-level testing, and support implementation.
• Organize and lead meetings with business, technology, and quality assurance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn business processes.
• Ability to use a PC, business software, and new software tools.
• Ability to organize and interpret data and manage multiple assignments.
• Must be able to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
