What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements for regulatory and statistical reporting.
• Analyze reporting and data issues, investigate discrepancies, validate results, and document findings.
• Coordinate system testing and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver system enhancements and improve reporting quality and timeliness.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and provide system training to team members.
• Present findings, recommendations, and results to technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Experience writing business requirements and test plans.
• Proficiency with Personal Auto Service or Underwriting applications and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to learn complex technical and procedural information, follow established standards, and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and work independently across multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of software coding standards and processes; ability to provide system training and perform under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience researching complex issues, identifying root causes, validating results, and documenting findings.
• Experience with SQL or other querying languages, Python, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences.
• Availability for potential 24x7 production-support on-call work.
