AHS Training Specialist (Autonomous Haulage Systems)

Location: Elko, Nevada, USA 89801; onsite position. Travel required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Create, review, and maintain training and technical documentation with development teams.
• Support implementation and execution of Autonomous Haulage System training programs across regional operations.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for AHS sites, regional trainers, performance assurance, continuous improvement, and technical support.
• Develop deployment training plans, train regional personnel, and conduct AHS training.
• Coordinate knowledge-transfer sessions for new system releases and advise on new features.
• Develop Train-the-Trainer programs, certify instructors and users, maintain training records, and track action items.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational-level mining experience.
• 2+ years of experience with operational Fleet Management Systems.
• Experience training Autonomous Haulage System instructors and users.
• Experience supporting regional Autonomous Haulage System deployments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and the ability to understand technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience as a field operator and Central Controller.
• Training or assessment certification.
• Experience developing needs analyses and training plans.
• Complex project management, problem-solving, adaptability, and customer service skills.
