Continuous Improvement Trainer

Location: Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid workplace with approximately 10% travel

Salary: $86,500–$126,800 annually, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Plan, create, and deliver Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, and operational excellence training programs.
• Facilitate White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and CI Champion training and support employee certification efforts.
• Develop and maintain curricula, simulations, workshops, activities, recordings, and online and hybrid learning materials.
• Partner with plant leadership and functional teams to identify training needs and build continuous improvement capabilities.
• Manage Workday Learning course creation, tracking, development, and metrics.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and support initiatives improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, education, organizational development, engineering, or operations management.
• 3–5 years applying Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies, with 4–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years providing in-person and online education to adults in a business setting.
• LSS Green Belt certification and experience with Workday Learning and software for online and remote learning content.
• Experience in operations and the ability to apply continuous improvement methods across functions including sales, marketing, customer service, and HR.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
• 5–10 years of education and teaching experience in manufacturing and business settings.
• Adult learning, instructional design, organizational development, or multi-site training experience.
• Experience with Articulate, advanced statistical analysis, data visualization, and AI toolsets.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
