Direct Team Leader (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and motivate field-based Client Relationship Representatives.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve team targets and business goals.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback and training, and maintain team accountability.
• Handle escalated client issues and objections with resilience and professionalism.
• Promote AI-enhanced ways of working and foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development and service promotion in a fast-paced environment, preferably within financial services.
• Leadership and team management experience with a proven record of achieving business development goals.
• Understanding of financial products and services, including their features and advantages.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems and strong computer literacy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, resilience, and objection-handling skills.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
