Senior Manager of Strategic Staffing

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $161,000–$189,000 USD annually, with bonuses and equity included in full-time offers.

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume client staffing programs, from workforce forecasting and requisition intake through offers, onboarding handoff, and backfill.
• Translate client headcount plans and service-level agreements into hiring plans, weekly targets, pipeline ratios, and recruiter capacity models.
• Lead and coach recruiters, sourcers, coordinators, and contract recruiters during peak hiring periods.
• Serve as the primary client talent partner by running hiring reviews, reporting fill rate and time-to-fill, and escalating risks with mitigation plans.
• Design scalable assessment, group interview, hiring event, and automated scheduling processes while managing sourcing channels and spend.
• Partner with Operations, Training, and Workforce Management to align start dates, training classes, attrition backfills, compliance, and onboarding requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years as a Senior Manager or above in staffing, staff augmentation, RPO, or managed services.
• Experience delivering 200+ hires within a single program or quarter against client SLAs.
• Experience leading recruiting teams of four or more, including remote and contract recruiters.
• Strong client management experience with enterprise accounts and senior stakeholder presentations.
• Proficiency with recruiting metrics, spreadsheet-based capacity models, enterprise ATS platforms, assessments, chatbots, and automated scheduling.
• Working knowledge of US employment law, I-9/E-Verify, background screening, drug screening, and multi-state hiring.

• Experience contributing to staffing RFPs or proposals.
• Background in BPO, contact center, or customer support hiring.
• Experience with bilingual or multi-site hiring programs.
