Focus on building high-performing teams, driving Salesforce transformation across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, MuleSoft, and Data Cloud, and adopting AI, automation, DevOps, and observability at enterprise scale.

What you will do
- Define and execute the engineering strategy for the enterprise Salesforce platform, aligning investments with business priorities.
- Lead multiple engineering teams, managers, technical leads, developers, administrators, QA specialists, and platform experts across global locations.
- Own workforce planning, organisational design, succession planning, talent development, budgets, vendors, and delivery partnerships.
- Drive delivery excellence, platform reliability, scalability, security, operational governance, and major incident management.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Operations, and business leaders on roadmaps, priorities, investment plans, and risk management.
- Drive adoption of Agentforce, AI capabilities, Data Cloud, automation, advanced analytics, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale Salesforce engineering organisations or platform teams.
- Experience managing managers and multiple engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Platform Services.
- Experience establishing enterprise operating models, governance structures, delivery frameworks, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Quality Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Release Management, and Agile Product Delivery.
- Experience with budgets, vendor contracts, resource forecasting, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, technology risk, organisational change, and executive stakeholder management.
