Agentic AI Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Lead a product development pod as a hands-on technical leader and Engineering Manager.
• Build and maintain shared repositories, CI/CD pipelines, evaluation tooling, and data access standards.
• Establish architectural guardrails for code quality, security, maintainability, scalability, and technical debt control.
• Transform agent-generated prototypes into production-quality features with testing, error handling, observability, security review, and architectural integration.
• Direct AI coding-agent workflows, review generated output, and maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
• Hire, onboard, mentor, and manage performance, career development, capacity, and delivery priorities for pod members.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience architecting enterprise solutions across complex business systems and workflows.
• Experience with construction project management software and building information modeling lifecycle standards such as ISO 19650.
• Experience managing AI PDLC processes and directing agentic tools across planning, development, and delivery.
• Proven technical and people-management leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and career development.
• Strong object-oriented programming and OOD knowledge; proficiency in .NET/C# including .NET 8 is essential.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, relational databases, SQL, API development, ETL, data integrity, and CI/CD practices.
