What you will do

• Lead the monthly General Ledger close process for multiple U.S. legal entities.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives, including process harmonization, automation, and system improvements.
• Support ERP enhancements, system implementations, and new business or project launches.
• Coordinate regional Finance and Accounting projects and maintain reporting processes for operational and financial decision-making.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit activities, including year-end reporting.
• Lead and motivate the accounting team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including significant General Ledger and month-end close responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and audit support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, AS400, or similar financial platforms.
• Experience managing accounting activities for multiple legal entities in a manufacturing or multinational environment is preferred.
• Ability to lead an accounting team and provide guidance and motivation.
