Senior Finance Analyst - 12-month FTC

Location: London, United Kingdom; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Manage regulatory project workstreams from planning through implementation, tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment.
• Review billing systems, processes, and controls using historical financial, operational, and transactional data.
• Analyze client-submitted data for completeness and accuracy, evaluate exceptions, identify trends, and summarize findings.
• Develop process documentation, business requirements, procedures, and supporting materials.
• Lead or participate in system, process, and functionality improvements to increase revenue-process efficiency.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial and operational controls in a high-volume reporting environment with significant reliance on IT systems and automated and manual controls.
• Experience improving and standardizing processes and controls to support successful end-to-end reporting.
• Ability to analyze data, processes, people, and technology challenges to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across regional and functional teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with databases or business intelligence software, ideally Power BI.
• Experience implementing process improvements through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
