EMEA FP&A Analyst (Cybersecurity)

Location: Addlestone, United Kingdom; flexible hybrid working with 30 office days per quarter

What you will do

• Manage the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for EMEA teams.
• Support Sales, Marketing, Accounting, People & Culture, and Real Estate functions with OPEX management and financial analysis.
• Develop financial models and analyze contribution margin, sales discounts, revenue mix, organizational efficiency, and profitability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, standardized, and ad-hoc reports for EMEA performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and business stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements that improve reporting quality, efficiency, and business insight.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in FP&A.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, complex spreadsheets, reports, and databases.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, ERP systems, BI tools, Power BI, and data visualization.
• Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance and non-Finance colleagues across multiple markets.
• Potentially in-progress study toward a relevant accounting qualification such as CIMA or ACCA.
