Senior Finance Analyst

What you will do

• Improve financial reporting processes and implement efficient, sustainable solutions.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Lead month-end reporting and ensure financial information is accurate and complete.
• Build and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and Power BI models.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, cost centre owners, senior stakeholders, and business leaders.
• Monitor financial controls, accounting standards, compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting submissions to FCA and PRA.

Requirements

• Part-qualified or qualified accountant; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
• Relevant commercial experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to present complex analysis through clear visuals and reports.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting models, dashboards, or other business intelligence solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
