Senior FP&A Analyst - London (AI)

What you will do

• Support Group budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-range planning across regions, functions, and business lines.
• Build bottom-up budgets, financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses.
• Consolidate regional plans into Group views and explain movements, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Produce management reporting, dashboards, KPI reporting, and variance analysis for senior leadership, the Board, and investors.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes, planning tools, automation, AI use cases, and Finance data capabilities.
• Partner with regional stakeholders, Accounting, People teams, and business leaders on cost, headcount, workforce planning, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an equivalent international qualification; ideally 2–3 years of post-qualified experience.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis, preferably in a high-growth fintech, payments, SaaS, or technology environment.
• Experience building budgets and forecasts across functions, geographies, or business units in a global or multi-region organization.
• Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with FP&A, ERP, BI, or data visualization tools.
• Strong automation and AI capabilities applied to Finance processes, with attention to detail and ownership in a fast-paced environment.
