Agile Project Manager III (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-level Agile software development and IT projects for a banking client.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery activities.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and team commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, development teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, MIS, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including Agile software development or enterprise technology projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management, software development processes, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing risks, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• CSM, PMI-ACP, or PMP certification.
• Experience with Agile process improvement initiatives.
