High Volume Senior Recruiter - Limited Term Employee

Location: Fully remote within the U.S.; candidates may be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones and must be available during MST or CST business hours.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and present strong candidate slates.
• Maintain timely communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Advise hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
• Proven experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• English required; availability during MST or CST business hours required.
