Salary: $80,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide full-cycle talent acquisition support for proposal and pre-award staffing needs.
• Partner with business development and capture teams to define staffing priorities, timelines, and key personnel requirements.
• Source and recruit strategic hires, cleared candidates, incumbent employees, and proposal personnel.
• Track staffing requirements, identify delivery risks, and provide pipeline updates to recruiting, capture, and business development leadership.
• Build high-touch candidate relationships and ensure smooth handoffs after contract awards.
• Use recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS data, including candidate statuses, feedback, assessments, offers, and dispositions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Strong understanding of security clearance processes, levels, and requirements.
• Experience with strategic hiring initiatives, Boolean search, LinkedIn, and online job boards.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, communication, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Knowledge of OFCCP requirements and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Vienna, Virginia.

Nice to have

• Experience with the UKG Applicant Tracking System.
• Understanding of the government proposal process.
• Experience recruiting candidates with TS/SCI through Full Scope Polygraph clearances.
