What you will do

• Manage end-to-end product and technology development projects.
• Coordinate R&D activities in accordance with Q-PEP standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, including work packages, costs, and schedules.
• Lead interdisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones.
• Represent project results to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Ensure timely availability of assembly, joining technologies, and testing equipment.

Requirements

• Degree in physics, mechanical engineering, precision engineering, or industrial engineering.
• Proven experience managing development projects in a high-tech environment.
• Strong understanding of product development workflows and processes.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams without direct disciplinary authority.
• Must be based in or able to work from Goettingen, Germany.
