What you will do

• Administer and service Funding Agreement contracts and related financial transactions.
• Apply contractual provisions, business rules, and operational processes to support customer and business needs.
• Analyze operational and business data for reporting, reconciliations, metrics, dashboards, and controls.
• Monitor and resolve operational inquiries while supporting internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury, Actuarial, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
• Participate in system enhancements, requirements gathering, UAT, automation, process improvement, and strategic projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services operations.
• At least 3 years of experience analyzing information, solving problems, and making data- or business-based recommendations.
• At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, calculations, bond math, and interest rates.
• At least 3 years of experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with contract administration, institutional financial products, reporting, reconciliations, or financial analysis.
• Experience with SAP, CML, workflow applications, analytics tools, or financial administration platforms.
• Experience with system implementations, UAT, automation, process improvement, or business transformation.
• Ability to build partnerships and communicate across business and technical teams.
