Managing Consultant (Employee Benefits)

Location: Remote - Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 annual

What you will do

• Provide employee benefits consulting services and lead daily account service for assigned clients.
• Manage client activities, retention initiatives, meetings, relationships, and deliverables.
• Independently execute projects and manage complex projects, teams, and client deliverables.
• Support and lead multi-year strategic plans based on client business needs and objectives.
• Understand, update, and create financial models.
• Train and mentor consultants while developing relationships with internal, client, and vendor organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of employee benefits consulting experience.
• Strong client-facing, communication, interpersonal, analytical, financial analysis, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Life and Health license in good standing required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to work remotely from Massachusetts, United States.
