Marketing Operations Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Architect and manage the end-to-end systems supporting demand generation.
• Partner with Marketing and Sales leadership to remove pipeline bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and accelerate funnel progression.
• Design scalable data architectures that turn paid advertising, website, lead-generation, and opportunity data into strategic insights.
• Modernize marketing systems through integrations, AI implementations, and workflow automation.
• Coordinate campaign execution and business visibility across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar function.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.
• Expertise with B2B technology stacks such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Qualified, and n8n.
• Proven experience in campaign operations and marketing automation design.
• Ability to integrate AI and low-code automation into scalable operational workflows.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect business strategy with technical execution.
