Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; remote role

What you will do

• Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans.
• Identify and qualify new hospital and health system customers while increasing sales penetration in existing accounts.
• Establish clinical and administrative support through technical presentations, scientific literature reviews, executive meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Develop, administer, monitor, and report on account sales strategies to achieve quarterly objectives.
• Travel within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with products sold in the operating room.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to different decision makers.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
