What you will do
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Manage and mentor Sales Account Managers and Technical Sales Engineers.
- Build relationships with dealer principals and distributor management teams.
- Identify and establish new distributor organizations to expand market penetration across the product portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on regional strategy, customer needs, and global initiatives.
- Support marketing initiatives and provide market feedback to Product Management.
Requirements
- BS degree in technical engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of successful sales and sales management experience, specifically in channel management.
- Strategic leadership skills, including setting direction, gaining alignment, and driving accountability.
- Deep understanding of the construction domain and technology distribution dynamics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup across the MEA region and travel 50–75%.
