What you will do

• Support major engineering and construction projects contributing to the development of fusion energy.
• Gain experience across the full project lifecycle, including design, planning, construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Work with engineers, project managers, and contractors to coordinate activities and solve delivery challenges.
• Support safe, high-quality project delivery and develop knowledge of construction management, project controls, and engineering governance.
• Build communication and stakeholder-management skills through varied project responsibilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Science or Engineering obtained between 2025 and 2027.
• Strong motivation to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good organisation, adaptability, and workload-planning skills.
