Project Construction Manager (Industrial Construction)

Location: Hybrid working with a Farnborough office base and travel to project sites, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Establish and manage erection plans for allocated industrial projects.
• Plan and coordinate project resources with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Guide site personnel and supervise construction activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements.
• Develop erection methodologies, including sequencing, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and third parties.
• Procure installation packages and tools, source third-party personnel, report progress, and manage project risks and deviations.

Requirements

• Mechanical Engineering degree.
• At least five years of experience in a construction management-level role, such as Construction Manager, Project Manager, or Project Construction Manager.
• Experience in industrial construction, plant erection, construction planning, and site supervision.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required for communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Experience coordinating construction resources, subcontractors, and site activities.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements in construction, with strong organisational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
