Property Project Manager

Location: Field based in Northampton, United Kingdom, covering the Midlands and South England

What you will do

• Deliver multiple property development and refurbishment projects in line with agreed programmes, budgets, and design briefs.
• Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to support clear communication and successful delivery.
• Challenge design and construction costs and support value engineering to improve quality, efficiency, and financial returns.
• Champion brand design standards and establish best-practice procedures across design, build, and delivery.
• Monitor industry trends, innovation, and construction best practice.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies and statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Experience delivering multi-site projects in hospitality, leisure, or property development.
• Strong planning, organisation, project implementation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and presenting clear, persuasive recommendations.
• Knowledge of property, asset management, and maintaining operational effectiveness.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
• A proactive, innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement and high standards.

Nice to have

• Professional qualification such as RICS, CIOB, engineering, or a similar qualification.
