Associate Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Cranbury, NJ, United States; hybrid work schedule

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year, depending on qualifications; eligible for an annual bonus program or commission incentive.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end marketing for large annual conferences, from campaign planning through post-event reporting.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid digital and search, social, print, direct mail, and marketing partnerships.
• Manage event registration sites, pricing tiers, promo codes, confirmation communications, event apps, and experiential marketing elements.
• Recruit qualified senior healthcare participants for executive forums, roundtables, and other invitation-only events.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, contracts, deliverables, and campaign performance reporting.
• Collaborate with project management, business development, events, creative, and professional relations teams, including on-site conference support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of marketing experience focused on event or conference marketing and registration-driven campaigns.
• Experience with event registration platforms, event apps, and marketing automation or email platforms.
• Proven ability to recruit attendees or participants against defined targets, including senior healthcare audiences.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors across multiple concurrent events.
• Active experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity for campaign planning, copy development, audience research, or campaign analysis.
• Strong project management, writing, communication, and deadline-management skills; ability to travel to annual conferences as needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with managed care, pharmacy, or health system audiences.
• Examples of AI-enhanced event marketing workflows that improved registration, recruitment, or post-event reporting.
